Haribo Addicts Annonymous.....

Hello. My name is Julia and I am officially addicted to haribo. I post this to all bloggers as a plea for help. I cannot carry on hiding this secret anymore. I seek advice and support from you all. I have battled with this for some time now, I keep thinking that I have my addiction under control. That when I open a packet I will be able to have just one or two or even a handful and then be able to stop - but no - the addiction has taken over me. I am no longer in control, before I know it I have eaten another whole packet and have made myself feel sick yet again! It all started quite innocently when I tried a packet of starmix a few years ago, but now any haribo will do, goldbears, tangfastics, maoam too is fantastic!! My latest find, haribo strawbs being my new favourite addiction.
Is there any hope for me?
Please help.............

Horray for holidays!!!

Well the end of term has finally arrived, and not a moment too soon I say!! Whilst entertaining 180 children at their christmas party, I did feel that no one should have to put up with quite so many excitable children at one time, and particularly at Chritmas!! Anyway, not to worry, they are all in the capable hands of their parents now and I have two weeks peace!!! It's all good!!

Lots of love to you all!! xx

Poorly Ju...AGAIN!!!

Well it appears that I am ill again!!

It will come as little surprise to those people who had the delight of seeing my throat on Sunday that I officially have tonsillitus!! It didn't take the doctor very long at all to diagnose that last night and give me a lovely selection of anti-biotics!

Some people have commented that I haven't posted much recently, I am trying!! It is just so busy at the moment as I know that everyone is at this time of year. We have the caberets coming up at the weekend as well as the carol service, all of which I love, I am just hoping that I am well enough to play and sing!

Anyway, I think that my class today will be doing a selection of 'meaningful colouring in' as well as possibly analysing a selection of Christmas films from yester-year...all of which, in my professional opinion, I think are essential to their education!! Any of you who have any other ideas of how to keep a class of 10 year olds entertained which doesn't involve me speaking would be gratefully received!!

Have a good day all....not long now till the delights of the next test match!!!

Love and stuff

Ju xx

Hey - just thought...maybe the reindeer could fly in to visit my class to keep then entertained?!!

How on earth did we manage to lose the test match? Gutted!!

Monday News!

When I was at school (as a child that is, though I know some of you think that I'm still that now!!) we always used to have to write 'news' of what happened over the weekend!! So I thought that I'd carry on my schooling tradition!

My plan to stitch people up with various photos has taken a turn for the worse since Mr EB seems to be far better at getting dodgy photos than me, but I will keep persisting! Thank you Amy for a cool time at yours on Friday!

My illness seems to be a little better now, thank you for all your concern for those of you who showed it, though some seemed to be a little more caring than others!!

Sunday was good, it was good to see lots of you at church.

And finally, at school we seem like all schools at this time to be in the midst of various plays and Christmassy things so I thought I'd share with you my favourite child 'Christmas mix up' from a previous year.

A small boy had been given the part of Joseph to play in the nativity. His mum had been told about the part that he had been given and thought that he'd be excited to have the main role. However, as time went on he never mentioned what he had been chosen to play and seemed rather sulky about the whole thing. Finally, his mum asked him how he was feeling about the play and asked him what part he had been given, he just replied moodily,
"I dunno, Joe Smith or somebody"

Thought that was priceless!!

Hope your're all doing ok!
Much love Ju xx

Poorly Ju!

Today I am feeling ill!!

Obviously, being female, my illness is far worse than the strains of man flu which has been circulating in blogcircles for some time now. In contrast, this is a proper illness!! Serious poorliness!! And being with a class of hyperactive 10 year olds on days like this is not fun!!

I shall continue to feel very sorry for myself and hope that you're all OK and are having a better day than me!!

My First Post!

It appears that the little Cornish girl, is not as computer illiterate as some have mocked. Talking of those who have mocked, and all those who have kindly posted pictures of me on their blogs... be afraid... be very afraid!!

I will be back to post again soon, complete with some photos of my own!

Love and hugs to you all - you all have such special places in my heart!!
