Haribo Addicts Annonymous.....

Hello. My name is Julia and I am officially addicted to haribo. I post this to all bloggers as a plea for help. I cannot carry on hiding this secret anymore. I seek advice and support from you all. I have battled with this for some time now, I keep thinking that I have my addiction under control. That when I open a packet I will be able to have just one or two or even a handful and then be able to stop - but no - the addiction has taken over me. I am no longer in control, before I know it I have eaten another whole packet and have made myself feel sick yet again! It all started quite innocently when I tried a packet of starmix a few years ago, but now any haribo will do, goldbears, tangfastics, maoam too is fantastic!! My latest find, haribo strawbs being my new favourite addiction.
Is there any hope for me?
Please help.............

I have an addiction, it's curry, there I said it. I stopped smoking but I just can't actually I dont want to stop curry. So what you need is something to take Haribos place...so do you want a curry or a cigarette?

At the moment folk keep buying us chocolate, and I guess I keep eating it!!
How are the poxies in Cornouaille!!
Big Al(an), as I'm not allowed to call him AL(!) is driving to The Lizard today, wiv Jen, to stay at Helford with her dad in a (hired) cottage.

Give our love to Mullion Cove!
And Housel bay, love the place!

I recommend percy pigs as the antidote.....or perhaps my apple cake.
There are those in the office who will do most(?)things for a slice and one of the team has even tried to bake her own. can't do that with haribos

Thank you all for your words of wisdom and support!! I think that this has helped some of you also to share your addictions! Maybe I should take up champ manager whilst eating curry to help me overcome the haribo issue!! And teapot, I cannot believe you have never tried haribo!!! I must give you some when I next see you, that's if I don't eat them all first!!! Mmmmm....

Oh dear, I thought the Harribo thing was just reserved to the Kidz Klub at ChristChurch London! We are no longer allowed to feed them Harribo sweets on a Sunday.....most likely beacause all stocks have run out with you eating them all!

Don't go there with Champ Manager.... Az only plays it because its the only way Notts Forest will EVER be playing in the 2 leagues in England!

There must be a Harribo-addicts support-line u can call......??

Maybe I should attend the kidz klub in london tho - not good if they're not allowed haribo anymore!!
And I think I need more than a support line to help me - I need something equally as nice to eat methinks!!
I think that the apple cake idea sounds a good one!!!

Just discovered there is a haribo planet!Called Fun Planet. It says you can discover exciting fun things to do.........................!And great games with opportunities to win prizes!!

maybe you could go and live there. Sounds the right place for you.....

Put in a search on google an you'll find it!

Just rushed to the freezer to defrost the emergency supply of apple cake kept for haribo addicts....
...but when in Cornwall eat several slices of heavy cake at the Lizard cafe!! It has the same effect
Come to think of it could ask Big Al to bring some back from his trip to Helford!

I'm quite addicted to Haribo, gold bears specifically. I'm a recovered pain med addict which makes it worse, the incessant need for sugar.. but this is out of control. Scraping together change in the middle of the night and driving to the gas station.. I'm a lost cause. The things are just so damn chewy and delicious. I guess it's better than popping pills, but only slightly.
